What is your turn around time?
Our TAT is typically 2 weeks depending on your order unless specified differently. For example, sometimes certain sales run for a specific amount of time and will be delivered by "X" date.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at twosassygals1@gmail.com, with a photo and your order number. We will review and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!
How do I care for my shirt?
We recommend you turn your shirt inside out and machine wash cold. Let it air dry, then tumble dry on low. High heat is NOT recommended as it can damage the print on the shirt.
